Product Description TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE! The Mighty Bright XtraFlex Duet features two XtraFlex arms with independent heads with super LEDs, each 3-times brighter than a regular LED. You can use one light or two and because each head has a lense over the LED, the light spreads evenly with no hot spots. The arms are easily bent to point the light into any position and when done can be coiled up for compact storage. There are no bulbs to ever replace and because it's and LED there is an extra long battery life. It uses 3 AAA batteries which are not included.

Very handy lights December 21, 2008 My application of the lights is not what they were designed for. They are really great because they can be clipped onto lots of places to provide little spots of bright light right where you need it. I use them every day while engaged in my engraving and scrimshaw work.
Not as bright as the Super GigLight December 19, 2008 I bought both the Mighty Bright XtraFlex Duet Super LED light as well as the SUper GigLight. The Mighty Bright Duet is rather dim by comparing to the Super Giglight. However it is about 60% cheaper. I have just noticed that Mighty Bright has a new Duet light out with 4 instead of 2 LEDs. Perhaps I should return the one I have and order the new model instead.
Mighty Bright ... Mighty Fine December 12, 2008 The lighting in our church is very poor, especially up front where the choir stands. Our choir director requested some sort of additional lighting so she could see better. I ran across this item and to be honest I was very skeptical from any online pictures I saw - it just didn't look very substantial. But I needed to find a solution and find it fast, so I decided to take a chance. I knew I could return it if it didn't work out. Well, it has worked out great and exceeded my expectations and our choir director is very happy. It is very small and sleek, so it is not obtrusive. Both lights are adjustable for just the perfect positioning. And the beam of light from each arm is very consentrated - it goes right to the page. The clip will allow you to place it in the most convienent spot on your music stand. It is very easy to turn on and off. It takes 2 AAA batteries. It is absolutely worth the price.
Great for lighting multi-level objects, like music and tuner November 3, 2008 I play violin and the room where I practice is not well lit. Like others have said, this is a great object for lighting two pages of music, but I have found another use for it that's equally valuable.
One of the things I often do while learning new music, since I have not been playing long and my intonation is frequently off, is to play music while running my tuner. My Korg tuner is not backlit, so in a dim room it's nearly unreadable. The dual, long flexible arms of this light are ideal for the problem. One can light the music, and the other can be bent down to spotlight the tuner so I can check it while I play.
It really works great October 30, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great product. Because of the twin heads there are no dark spots or shadows on the pages.
